- I love squat protocol: squat protocol suitable for those with favorable leverages for the lift

- Structure: The programs are 12 weeks long, divided into two blocks of 6 weeks each. At the end of these 12 weeks, it is possible to repeat the program or purchase "peaking strategies" to reach peak performance for a competition or a maximum test.
- Special exercises : Include essential strength training exercises to help you become big and strong while improving your weak points.
- Custom RPE chart: a chart that will allow you to easily calculate the RPE based on the expected repetitions.
- Bilingual: all programs are available in both Italian and English
